License transfering

We have 2010 Civil 3D stand alone licenses here at work and I have company permission to install C3D at home for OT and tutorials, etc.
Can I install my C3D program from work then use the license transfer utility via the internet to activate at home when needed?

No need. You are allowed a second installation and activation for this purpose. 😃
