License transfer without old PC

I'm trying to transfer AutoCad LT 2012 to my new PC. The old PC hd crashed hard and is not usable so I am not able to "export" the license.

 

I cannot process the transfer going through the License Transfer Utility on the new PC.

 

Program is installed on the new PC and is currently in trial mode.
