license transfer utility not importing due to time/date

i am trying to import the license of ultimate design suit 2012 from laptop to main PC. It will not let me do this. I ge this message "to import a license you must correct the system date/time"

I have made sure that the laptop and the pc have exactley the same time and have updated the time on each machine with time.nist.gov and this has not worked.

Hi rmiskie - Our system is showing a successful import on your Building Design Suite Ultimate 2012 license. Were you able to resolve the issue / what was holding it up?

i am having the same problem with inventor 2013. it occurred this morning, 3 days before the change to daylight savings time. i assume that the problem is related to the time change. any help would be appreciated. i am flying to a site for an installation, one day before the time change...
