I am having problems moving LT 2011 to a new computer. When I try to open the tranfer utility it says that there is an open Autodeck product. Everything is shut down on the computer. I cannot figure out what is happening.

Did you try to reboot the machine ?
if the problem persists, you might have a corrupt license file. you will need to check with activation team to see if you can activate again. before deleting the license file in (%programdata%\flexnet\adsk*.data)
