License Manger Failing Need Help ASAP!

The damn thing won't start up. I uninstalled the previous 08 build and installed the new 09 lmtools.
I point to my license file and start the puppy up and it fails.
I have 50 stations that need to get up and running before Friday.

Log:
15:35:41 (lmgrd) FLEXnet Licensing (v11.4.100.0 build 50818 i86_n3) started
15:35:52 (adskflex) Vendor daemon can't talk to lmgrd (Cannot read data from license server system. (-16,287))
15:35:52 (adskflex) EXITING DUE TO SIGNAL 28 Exit reason 5

I recall having seen this problem before and I found it among my emails but I did not write down the solution for some reason. I know I tried everything but eventually got someone from Autodesk to help me with it. I think it was a problem with the license file.

Another thing I was thinking of was that the path to the license file or where you have the exe files is too long.
You can try to move the files to something like C:\FLEXnet
