The license file that I got on the registration process has something wrong, because we have a 5 users license (AGDS8 English version - win2000 spanish version) and the log file shows:
(adskflex) DENIED: "42300DES_SER_8_0F" Administrador@SERV-GIS (10 licenses) (Licensed number of users already reached (-4,342))
Apparently the number of users of the .lic file doesn't match with our license.

SN=XXX-970079XX SIGN=DAD560FC39BC
That's only one of the three files Efim asked for. Please send at least the
debug log file.

I´m preparing a new equipment with better characteristics of hardware, I´m going to try to install AGDS again. This is with the purpose of discarding any fault of the equipment.
