License error error code 110

we have had a new server put in at work and two new computers. our revit licence is a stand alone licence for 5 seats.

we installed revit on one of the new computers with no problems when we installed on the second and tried to activate the product we got this message-

''a license error has occued contact you technical support rep...
error code 110''

 

we have tried a clean uninstall renaming th ADLM folder as searches on other fedds has told me the prodlem could be with missing info in the ASR folder. but this has not worked
