Need help troubleshooting this issue. I have 3 servers function redundantly as licensing server. What other information do I need to provide?

Redundant license servers are just about the worst setup you can choose.  That being said, you need to make sure that all are running and are handing out licenses.  Above that, you need to make sure the client can connect to the NLMs via IPv4 and on ports 27000 and 2080.

I went with Redundant Servers, because we originally had 1 server and it crashed....Do you have a better suggestion? I am open to other ideas as this point. I am able to surf to the respective server(s) using those ports.....

The problem with redundant servers is that the work is redundant.  When your one server crashed, you could have been back up within a few minutes on another server by requesting a new license file.

A single license server will always work by itself.  A redundant license server cannot work by itself.  You need at least 2 of the three servers up and communicating.  Generally that means, when one fails, you typically will not know it until the second one fails.  At that point, the remaining one can't work.  Crazy.

When a single license server fails, you have to replace a single license server.  When any one of the redundant license servers fail, you have to always redo all three, every single time.  Thus, the work is redundant.

I generally always recommend a single license server simply because it is easier to manage a single point of failure.  If you still want to have multiple servers, I would consider a Distributed server.  The reason for this is that if one server fails, you are still up on the others, but you can fix the downed server without affecting the rest of them.  The only downside would be that you would lose that group of licenses for a short term.  But it is manageable.

In any case, check your firewall and ports for 27000 and 2080 and especially for IPv6 connectivity between 2008 Server and Win7/8.

You mention opening ports 2080 and 27000, I am able to http://0rsg-share01:2080, but not http://0rsg-share01:27000, I am able to http://0rsg-share01:27005

I am requesting Autodesk to re-license me to just one server for the time being to simplify my troubleshooting.

No 27005 is right. That's pretty typical for redundant. It's usually
specific in the .Lic. What do you get on PING?

Looks good. You did FLEXLM_TIMEOUT and ADSKFLEX_LICENSE_FILE and still
getting a -15?
