License Downgrade

We have Autocad 2010 full version single user with active subscription.

For reasons of compatibility with other software we have to downgrade our license to Autocad 2009 Full version.

We want to know the exact steps to do so. Please assist.

Hi,

First contact your reseller to see if he can give you a 2009 media.
Second go to your subscription site and find your 2010 product.
At this point you can ask for 2009 serial number.

Dear Franck,

Thanks for your reply.

We have procurred a Autocad 2009 media from our distributor.

On the subscription page, under contract administration ---> previous version, I registered my request for license downgrade.

On clicking submit, I got a message saying - allow 3 days to process request.

A few questions.

1> I was not asked whcih particular AutoCAD version Sr. no, I want.
2> Where can I see, in the subscription page, about the status of my request.
3> Is it possible to get the downgrade version sr. nos. within 3 days.

Thanks & Regards.

Hello,

1- Serial number is given by Autodesk. You have just to indicate which
version you want in the column where you ask for Previous version.
2- You can't see the status of the request. (Wish to submit to Autodesk)
3- When i did it, it takes one day for me.

Best regards
Franck Hervet
