License Configuration Switching Utility

I found the following on the Autodesk web site. Is this available on the US
version or only on the International version. If it is the International
version only - It should be stated in the doc. (Tech Doc TS66251).

I copied part of the content below.

ID: TS66251
Applies to: AutoCAD® 2002

Published Date: 08/28/2001

Issue

You want to switch from a network license to a stand-alone license so you
can work remotely.

Solution

In AutoCAD® 2002, Autodesk has introduced the License Configuration
Switching utility. This utility allows for switching between network and
stand-alone usage. That is, network license users can acquire a stand-alone
license in order to work remotely. The switcher does not decrease the
FLEXlm® license count. Separate C-Dilla-based stand-alone licenses must be
purchased and available to take advantage of this functionality.

Planning

The license switcher does not "borrow" a network license from the FLEXlm
server, therefore stand-alone licenses must be available for use. When
planning your deployment of AutoCAD 2002, you should ensure that you have
purchased the correct number of network and stand-alone licenses for your
anticipated needs.

Example:

You have 50 users of AutoCAD 2002. Five of your workstations are portable
computers for use when disconnected from the network. If you require clients
to use Network licenses when connected to the network you must purchase the
following licenses if you know that all users will be connected to the
network at the same time and require a FLEXlm license:

50 network licenses
5 stand-alone licenses

Mark -
The license configuration switcher is international only.

I agree it should be in the doc as well as the help file.
