License Borrowing Date error

I got a call from a user who says he went to borrow a license on 3/8 and the available range to borrow was 3/2 to 3/6. I have it set to only allow four days. He couldn't borrow a license. Both his machine date and the server date are correct. Any ideas??

Sounds like your LM is corrupted somehow. Might just stop the server and then actually reboot. I bet you have some logs that show some issues. I am not a big fan of rebooting servers, but you might give it a shot. Sounds like it needs to be purged.

I talked to the user and he said after rebooting his computer the borrow dates were correct! Don't know about this one!

Thanks for replying!

Very strange indeed. Might check his event logs and see if there are any W32TIME errors. Could be related to something goofy.

Who knows? Glad it is resolved though.
