License activation

I have dowloaded upgrade to autocad 2011 and cannot activate as I have no serial number or group ID. What have I missed? Are these issued automatically or maybe I'm looking in the wrong place. I don't have the Product License Activation wizard so any help would be great!

Your serial number should appear on your Subscription page site where you downloaded your product.  Your reseller should also be able to help you with this.
