Licence Software Errors

Hi,
am running AC 2002, with Windows 2000,
and have been having issues with AutoCAD,
this relates to:-
"FATAL ERROR: The security ssystem (software liense manager) is not functioning or is improperlry installed." This is the error message from the acad.err file,
Any ideas how to fix???
I have already delete the C:\cdilla folder and replaced it using a file from KarelCAD.
The software is a company purchased edition, I have the cd, the book and the rest of it, it is a legit copy and I still am having issues with this (spyware I mean)
licence software.
Cheers.

Chris,

The AutoCAD 2002 AdLM.err file will tell me more
about what error you are actually experiencing. If this is intermittent during
the course of using AutoCAD then firstly ensure Service Pack 1 is
installed.

Deleting the C_DILLA folder is of no benefit to
this type of error and can only make matters worse. I am not sure what you mean
by you have replaced the folder 'using a file from KarelCAD'. The security
system is not spyware, it is a software lock tying the software to your
machine, it does not communicate anything back to us.

The AdLM.err files submitted show mainly 16.1.7
errors but also an 18.1.78 error. All are related to the inability to
access the license, normally due to a busy system. The first course of action is
to ensure that the Service Pack is applied.

You also have only  RTS 3.23 so I would
suggest an upgrade to 3.27 as well:
