Licence Export Confirmation - AutoCAD Civil3d - Error reference 1

I am trying to move the licence from one computer to another, but get an eror when trying to export.


The error reads:


Licence Export Confirmation

Product: AutoCAD Civil 3D 2013

Serial Number: XXXXXXXXX

Product Key: XXXXX


Export request failed

The serial number you entered is not valid.  Try again. (1)

Click the "Try Again" link to resubmit the request

Error reference: 1


Hitting try again, does not work. We seem to be in an infinite loop.


Any help would be appreciated

Based on the description, the product or the Serial Number may have been upgraded. Please contact Autodesk Registration to verify the correct Serial Number to use.


** Follow the on-screen instruction. Select Registration or Activation of a Product, under [What type of License Assistance do you need] drop-down box, fill in your details and type your query under Anything else you want to tell us box. Please let me know if you need further assistance.
