.lic file for NLM "Your product cannot be registered in United Kingdom"

I am trying to obtain a .lic file for our pruducts in registeronce.autodesk.com.  When I enter my product serial number, I get the message "Your product cannot be registered in United Kingdom. (7)"

We were contacted by Phone by AutoDesk in February 2014 introducing the "Design the Future" Program.  I filled in the form but the county in the address form was fixed at "US" and I could not change it.

We are in the UK, but registered as Design the Future in the United States.

Please can AutoDesk correct our registration as a UK school?

This case has been escalated to the Front Desk Team.

This has since been fixed by Autodesk IT support (logged separately).

They have registered my ARC account to the correct country and sent me a valid .lic file.

I stil get the "Your product cannot be registered in United Kingdom" message no the ARC, but it's OK because I have a valid .lic file.
