Land r2i and Land r3

I have a machine that has Land r2i and Land r3 that has been deployed and to
be run from the network. Autocad comes up with an AutoCAD Hardcopy System
dialogue box stating that there are multiple software programs installed on
the computer and I must select which product I'm running. I've seen the
TS50760 which check the registry for duplicate entries. There are no
duplicate entries so why am I still getting this message? Thanks for your

A possible problem/solution. I've changed the start in directory to the
users private directory and folder for the product so that they can
personalize their sdsk.dfm files and I can add custom symbol library files.
