IV2011 - 2 Serial Numbers?

I'm on subscription and received an email 15 March with my subscription order status and serial number. I also requested dvds from the subscription site and these have arrived today but they have a different serial number on the dvd case?
Which serial number should I use or is it ok to use both? I will be installing at home and at work.
