I've been having the same issue with the blank screen / SFDC looping issue...
I'm logged in and click "get your upgrade" but nothing happens.
Please Help! I've already chatted with one tech support person but it still isn't working.

I'm looking into the issue / will hopefully have it resolved by tomorrow. In the mean time and as a temporary workaround, you can download current release software directly from the corresponding Trials page, or current + previous version software from Matt, our Virtual Assistant.
