So far I have run into the same problems I have read here. I have my serial number and product key, but Install Now, the download manager, and Browser Download have all failed. The most I have downloaded before a termination is 3 percent. At first I thought it was my machine, but from what I have read, it is not. Not to mention the 1.5gb download does begin, but fails minutes later. I even got the firefox DownThemAll! plug-in to use, which helped show how much I was getting, but the file still errors and will not resume. PLEASE, somebody HELP! rgc
