Is Maya 2012 compatible with Mavericks? OS X 10.9??

Currently using older Mac Pro + OS X 10.8.5  with Maya 2012.

 

Will be upgrading computers soon to a Mac Pro + OS X 10.9.2, however as Maya 2012 suits our needs just fine, will not be upgrading software just yet. Need to make certain that it will work in that environment when transferring license.

Maya 2012 will not activate on 10.9. You need to install Maya 2014 SP3 or Maya 2015 or you will get an error 110 while trying to activate.
