Is it possible to re-register/reauthorize Autodesk products?

We have network licenses of BDSP. When versions 2015 was released, I requested and received a license file for our current server name and MAC address. Now we need to create a new license server, with possibly different name and MAC address, and move our Autodesk licensing to it.

Is it as simple as changing appropriate field in the licensing file, or do I need to reauthorise the product (if yes - what are the steps that I need to make?)?

yea you can't edit the license file you would have to redo it if the MAC address changed
