Is anyone running FlexLM on a 64bit server?

We are looking to upgrade our servers to 64 bit. Has anyone had any problems running AutoCAD's License Manager?

Hi there
Here at my company we use a redundant license server system and of them is 64 Bit.
I installed it right from the Autocad 2009 cd with no troubles.
