Inventor won't install as setup thinks it is installed already

I installed another program that trashed my copy of inventor 2012 Pro.

I uninstalled inventor and tried to reinstall but the setup program thinks it's already installed

Tried uninstall tool and went through the manual uninstall, cleaning the registry and files but no joy

Can anyone help me get setup to run so I can reinstall
