Inventor Suite and Algor- same directory for NLM?

OK, trying to install Algor NLM on the server, it looks like it is using the same location as the Inventor Suite NLM (we have a 2-seat flex license for it, and 3 users that use it,only 2 at once), wondering if the Algor flex licensing will bollocks up the Inv Suite since it looks like it is going to the same directory? If not, I will proceed. If it will hose Inventor, should I get another directory going? Not entirely sure what to do here, as it is my first install...someone else set up Inventor before I got here.

Also, we will be upgrading Inventor to 2011 very soon, any pitfalls with Algor 2011?

Thanks in advance, I'm trying to do this ASAP...

Also, FWIW, the server is W2K3...if that matters.

So long as your NLM is already 11.7 or later, you can just configure it to use your Autodesk Algor license.  The FlexLM is vendor neutral and will run a large variety of programs in addition to your Autodesk products.  Always make sure you are using the latest release and configure your products accordingly.  I always advise that you should run only one NLM on your network for all of your products.
