Inventor is failing to install, no error dialogue comes up. Really stuck with no idea how to resolve this issue. I just get a "Some products have failed to install properly" after the installation is complete. There is no entry for publisher anywhere on my machine to then be able to go and manually uninstall it. No registry keys, no folders, no start menu entries, nada.

A little more information will go a long way towards getting a solution:
- Product type and version (Inventor, or Inventor Publisher, or XXXX Suite, or ...)
- Operating system
- hardware specs (RAM and video card are the big ones, processor can be helpful sometimes)
- any special set-up you may be operating under (IT has locked your system down, or educational environment, or shared computer, or ...)
- anti-virus program in use
