Inventor Installation Failure

I have an issue with installing my Upgrade for Inventor LT 2014, after i have entered the Serial number and product key it goes to the installation progress screen. On this page i have an Error ".NET Framework Runtime 4.5" and a flashing message "Proxy requires authentication"


Please help!

That is a problem with your Internet Security.  Contact your IT professional who controls your proxy server access to the Internet.
