Inventor Installation Error 1920

Inventor gives me this message during the Inventor installation. How would I fix this? I have already tried disabling my anti-virus and installing all Windows updates.

I am the administrator and the only user of my computer. Any idea how to enable my account to "start system services?"

Hi dannyyang524,

Please try Right-click and Run as administrator (see attached).

Thank you.

I have done that already. I have disabled my antivirus and disabled UAC completely. I still get the same error.

Hi dannyyang524,

Please turn-off DEP for the specific program.

IMPORTANT: Please seek advise from your Microsoft support personel if you are unsure about DEP and if editing DEP properties will affect your Windows machine.

Thank you.

Assuming I was to turn off DEP for Setup.exe on

'C:\Autodesk\Autodesk_Inventor_2013_English_Win_64bit"

Windows does not allow me to do that.

Please see the attachment

After multiple installation attempts at changing OS settings, removing potentially incompatible software (CAD programs, .NET Framework, C++), I still have the same issue.  I want to know if there is a proven process for dealing with this error.  I will not restore my OS (Wwindows 7) to the factory settings just to install this package!

The line below is the only one in the installation log file that provides a clue.

(... Install Autodesk® Inventor® Professional 2013 Failed Installation aborted, Result=1603)

And while dealing with this there is also the problem of an Adsync.exe Application error  0xc000007b

Please help or I promise to send the whole thing back.
