Inventor incomplete install

I attempted to install Inventor after learning I needed to run as admin.  I had previously downloaded the setup.exe a couple of times when I was having issues.  Today, I took my computer to the IT dept at my university who attempted to install.  When I click on the program, nothing appears.  I tried to install again.  

I was advised by another more experienced IT department at my work to delete all Autodesk products, including autocad.  I feel like I've done this but when I try to install inventor again, the prompt screen says it is already installed.

 

Please Advise.

I ran the windows program.  Do I attempt a install, then?
