Inventor 2015 the user interface appears but is frozen indefinitely

 
If you run Inventor with "Run as administrator" Inventor starts perfectly and can work, but do not charge our Add-ins, which are essential to our work.

If you run Inventor normal user mode, if you load our Add-ins for Inventor loading (these are advertised by a sign dialog), the user interface appears but is frozen indefinitely, so it is not impossible to work.

I would recommend always running Inventor as a user with local admin rights.  Otherwise, give full permission to the user profile on that machine.  There shouldn't be a reason to ever run Inventor as a restricted user.
