Inventor 2015 Student, Claims it is already Installed

I got autodesk inventor 2015 for students using the autodesk download manager but when I attempt to install, it states that Inventor is already installed.

I tried uninstalling/deleteing all autodesk files from my computer then re-installing and it gives the same thing.  I was able to install 3ds Max fine but Inventor keeps doing this.

Hi kulirad,

Try using the Microsoft Fix It troubleshooting steps and then re-install Inventor.

Yes! The fixit tool is awesome! Use it for ANY program uninstall problem. You have residual keys. This should correct.

Thank you both for the help. I downloaded it and ran it then when I tried to install inventor again it worked.  Should of just posted for help here in the first place instead of wasting so much time trying to figure this all out myself.
