Inventor 2012 Previous Version 2009

I have a network license for Inventor Suite 2009 and am running it on one computer.  We wanted another seat so we purchased a stand alone version of 2012.  We want to use the 2012 seat and run a previous version of 2009.  I have the cd for 2012, but how do I install the previous version.

Stupid question.  I was told we could only go back 3 versions.  The original case says Inventor 2009, but the program says 2008 when you bring it up.  The new program we recieved says 2012 on the CD is it actually 2011.  I only ask this becuase of the "only going back 3 versions" issue.

and Inventor 2009 - Subscription Bonus Pack, but not the actual program.

No download programs button and under downloads it says I do not have access to download full programs.  Is this something my seller should have setup?
