Inventor 2011 installation will not run

I have installed Inventor 2011 student version, and keep getting the same error report each time I try to start the software. I have uninstalled it, deleted all files , cleaned the registry,and reinstalled it several times. Each time gives the same problem. It opens on the initial install, but will never startup again after that. It never goes beyond the error report screen and stops. I am nearly out of the initial 30 days and need help now!!!

You haven't indicated what the error is?
Did you turn off UAC and anti-virus before attempting install?

I don't know what the error is. All I get is the error report message that goes to Autodesk. See the image.
