invalid serial - no support?

I bought several Maya licenses, one of the seial numbers does not work. (Invalid serial)

I can not find a good support option for this. The resellers will not be able to help me, right? So then I need to call someone and pay $150 because they gave me a key that does not work? Am I missing something here?

Never mind, I found other options now, but they were not easy to find imho.

Did you buy from an Authorized Autodesk Reseller?  Or did you buy it from some online discount website, a guy in the back alley, or eBay?  If so you may have been a victim of Piracy.  The serial numbers you have are potentially owned by someone else.  Both you and the true owners need to be protected from Piracy.  You can submit the purchasing location for license non-compliance at the link below if you feel this is the case.

You can PM me the serial numbers or to an Autodesk Product Support specialist if they respond to this thread.
