Inv2011 doesn't start after installing W8.1

I did disable the firewall and the UAC but starting inv 2011 I receved an error message Oxc0000142

What am I doing wrong ?

Autodesk 2011 products are not supported on Windows 8.1.  However, you can look up different fixes to the specific error that are typically due to Adobe or nVidia.

my inv2011 is now working with W8.1 - I used the http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1829503 - but it was difficult to find the SP2 for inv2011 http://knowledge.autodesk.com/search-result/caas/downloads/content/autodesk-inventor-2011-service-pa... - the hotfix was next http://knowledge.autodesk.com/sites/default/files/file_downloads/DL22541232.zip after that I became the happiest old INV2011-XP-user
