Installing Vault 2014 Professional server onto Windows Server 2012

I cannot acces the following file: http://localhost/TestASP/TestASPNetStatic.txt.

When I try to acces http://localhost no problem when I try to acces http://localhost/TestASP I get 'Cannot acces webpage'.

When I open TestASP on the IIS below the Default website no problem.

How can I fix this problem.

Try disabling you firewall.

If you disable the firewall and you're still getting the error. Uninstall .NET Framework 4.5 and have the Vault installation install it for you.

Thanks for the replieds. But still the problem is active.

I uninstal the framework and let the Vault install the framework.

But stil I get the error.
