Installing Revit&3DS MAx 2014

When I try to download either one of these programs it says that "The installer has detected the

following programs are running." Which it says is= monitor.exe  Than it says" In order to complete

installation,these programs must be closed.  BUT I CAN'T find the program to close it.!!! HELP

Have you tried ending the monitor.exe using the windows task manager?
