Installing Revit 2013 Error, help please!

Ok, so I'm trying to install revit 2013 but when the pop-up "preparing revit content" appears my installation seems to stop (I left it for hours and its still there). I have deleted all my revit 2013 content from my computer and downloaded again and again, but with no luck. When I have done the downloads, my internet has always been connected. I havn't paused the download so the whole content should be there.

Any ideas would be much appreciated, I really do need this software on my laptop this semester for my universitty course.

Screenshot included as an attachment of what it looks like.

Jason,

Revit Content is being downloaded when you see the Preparing Revit Content, best thing to do is just to let it run it will finish the download.

Thanks,

Jason,

Depending on how much content is being installed and your internet speed this process can take a while, best thing is just to let it run overnight.

Thanks,

Danny
