Installing regular revit A

I installed regulan Revit Arc. from download for the 30 day trial.

Since then I signed for a course at local college.

In trying to do home work, it just did not seem to work right. Did not respond well to my mouse ect.

I am wondering if I set it to 32 bit instead of the 64 bit that my machine seems to be. Also, my machine only has 6 rams. (Brand new Sony laptop).

I am posting my system tools.

My concern is if I uninstall, can I reinstall with out a lot of trouble?

Also thinking I maybe should install the student version?

Thank you for your help/thoughts.

Gary

Hi Gary,

I will leave the technical aspects of your question (installing 32 bit on a 64 bit machine and also the low performance issues) to our experts.

On my side what I can say is that you will be able to continue using your trial if you reinstall, provided the 30 days have not passed. If your educational institution is registered with Autodesk, feel free to register and download the student version here.
