installing issue

I have tryed to download 3dsmax 2013, i had previsly installed 2012 which worked fine, but the 2013 gives me an error message which says 'Communication Error, Download and installation has been interrupted by loss of connection between Autodesk website and this computer' it then gives examples of why, and i have tryed all of them but i still get this message.

I desperatly need this software to work as i am at university and have a deadline.

Please let me know how i can fix this.
