When installing, it pops up that it is looking for the WSE 3.0 file which is on another disk. I'm using the USB from Autodesk to install. I've already installed WSE 3.0 but it still seems to be looking for it and errors out. It then closes the installation. Anyone ran into this?

Copying all the contents from the media to a single folder on the HDD and installing from there usually resolves issues like this. In many cases, if you install the prerequisites first, the Autodesk installer will also skip them. You might consider that as well.
