Installing Building Design Suite

Hello,

I just recently purchased the Building Design Suite Premium for my computer and I noted there are four seperate files that need to be downloaded. I have noticing that two out of the four are actually downloading and the other two just have the time remaining as 0/?. Has anyone else encountered this as well?

Please advise.

Hi Jen! Could be a browser / popup issue as sometimes the additional downloads need approval before initiating.

As a workaround you can download the individual parts separately from Matt, our Virtual Assistant.

From Matt: Download and Installation -> Software Download Links -> I need to redownload my product
