Please reboot and try again. I have seen this a few times and no one I have spoken with (customer, partner, reseller, or Autodesk tech) has been able to get it to happen more than once or twice. Installation was always possible after a few tries. I was only able to reproduce it myself by pre-installing this prerequisite (It is located in the <<MEDIA>> \support\FaroSDK folder). With the next install attempt the installer completed with this pre-installed.
