installing autocad civil 3d 2011 on window 7 error

I have been trying to install a trial version of autocad civil 3d on a computer that is running window 7 and it keeps giving me an error.  I took a screen shot of it and attached it.  can anyone tell me what I need to do to fix this?

Please reboot and try again. I have seen this a few times and no one I have spoken with (customer, partner, reseller, or Autodesk tech) has been able to get it to happen more than once or twice. Installation was always possible after a few tries. I was only able to reproduce it myself by pre-installing this prerequisite (It is located in the <<MEDIA>> \support\FaroSDK folder). With the next install attempt the installer completed with this pre-installed.
