Hi @joe.herrity

To resolve this issue, try the following steps:

Disable the Antivirus

  1. Exit the Autodesk Desktop App by opening your system tray, right-clicking on the Autodesk Desktop App icon, and selecting "Exit".
  2. Restart your computer and disable any anti-virus software.
  3. Try downloading the update again using the Autodesk Desktop App.

Grant Admin rights to the Windows user

Check with your IT department whether you have full Admin rights to execute installations.

Install the Update manually

  1. Log into your Autodesk Account.
  2. Download the update you need.
  3. Once downloaded, right-click on the file and select "Run As Administrator".

We look forward to hearing back from you with more information so we can help you as a community!
