Installed Autocad Electrical trial from web-error "Can't open msi" -Windows XP

I've downloaded a trial copy of ACAD Electrical 2013 to determine whether we can autogenerate PLC I/O schematics via a Python script. However after download and beginning the installation process I was presented with the attached splash screen. As I'm unsure if there's an error in the downloaded file I used the Microsoft MD5 hash generator to produce the attached MD5 hash checksum.

>>>Please advise!

Thanks!

Rob

Could be a corrupt download.  Or it may be something as simple as anti-virus.  Disable any real-time protection and make sure UAC is off.  Install with local admin rights and clear that %TEMP% folder before running the installation again.  It's always a good idea also, to make sure you are running the latest version of MSIEXEC Windows Installer.
