i really need help after 3 days straight of uninstalling and attempting to install revit architecture 2013. all because i originally installed the american version and could not install australian pack. anyway so i found the instructions on how to delete the residual files including the microsoft ones which left me unable to use any ms office so i re enstated those files and now have same problem where i cannot install revit as it is greyed out and thinks it is already installed. when i had those microsoft registry files deleted as per instructions for this problem it did proceed to install however it then came up as windows installer failed . any suggestions? running windows7
