Installation startup issue Inventor Suite AutoCAD

I have AutoCAD Inventor Suite 2012 and is registered but I am having a problem in which Autocad freezes as it is opening.

AutoCAD says "opening C;\...............acadlt.dwt" and just sits there.  I have windows 7.

Can you please indicate to me what needs to be done to solve?

I have shut down and rebooted several times but same problem comes back.

 

Please advise

Disconnect your network cable and see if your program launches.  If so, then it is likely trying to resolve a file or device on the network and getting stuck.  This is typically due to invalid mapped drives or offline network printers.

I disconnected the network cable and 1st starup it opened but afterwards.

I tried to reinstall and it worked for one day now fails the same.

Any other ideas?
