installation serial number don't match!

Hi!

I'm trying to install Autocad 2011 for Mac

but when I copy the serial number and product key, this window appears

"The Serial Number or Product Key don't Match.
Valid format for serial number is (XXX-XXXXXXXX)"

need any help

You can verify the Autodesk product keys here.

If this does not work please send me a PM (click on t_gaisf profile name and then Send this User a Private Message) with your Serial Number, and confirm the registered company name or contact our licence assistance team for direct support. Then I will check if the Serial Number is in our system.
