Installation Problems [No Matter How I Do It]

For the love of God and all that is holy, I just CAN'T install Maya 2015. 

-Downloading from Browser gives me the SAME error always (File is Corrupt or Incomplete). 
-Installing Now too (Some installation files are corrupt. Please download a fresh copy and retry). 

-Using the Autodesk Download Manager either gives me some weird error or fools me and says "Some Files Couldn't be Installed" and mark absolutely everything. 


I have no idea what is going on, but I'm so sick of it. 
I don't know if I'm missing some Visual C++ or some whatever Windows uses for this, but this is simply incredible. 

I do deactivate Avast to install. 

And I've Fully Restored the PC twice + Downgrading to Windows 7. And nothing.

Can you try doing the download on a different system and then transfer it over using a portable hard drive or USB key?
