Hi,
>> i couldn't install the AutoCAD 2013 due to the .NET Framework Runtime 4.0
And why do you place that in the 2012-forum?
On one side there is an >>>AutoCAD 2013 forum<<<, and for installation problems there is also a >>>special forum<<< handling installation issues.
>> what is the reason and the solution for it
We don't know the error you get, how can we give tips for errors we don't see?
>> the process couldn't go onward from this step
What is "this step"?
Maybe I'm completely misunderstand all you wrote, then sorry. But my feeling is we havn't got all decriptions necessary.
Anyway, what happens if you do Framework 4.0 installation manually first (starting from >>>here<<<)

Your product is failing to install because the prerequiste program required by the installer is newer than the version being installed. Please uninstall the prerequisite program causing the issue and run your installer again.

.NET Framework issues can be resolved using the .NET Framework Cleanup Tool. More information about this tool can be found at my discussion thread here:

Good Luck!
