Installation problem Windows 7 Home Premium

I am trying to install Navisworks Freedom 2011 on a PC running Windows 7 Home Premium.  I downloaded the file and double clicked to start.  A whole bunch of files extract to C:\Autodesk.  Then I get a dialog box asking me to install products, read the documentation or change the language.  I select install products.  Then I get a second dialog asking me what products I want to install.  There is only one on the list - Navisworks Freedom 2011 but the check box is greyed out.  Below it says "This product cannot be installed on the current operating system"

What can I do?

make you are using the correct version 32 bit for 32 bit os 64 bit for 64 bit os

Yep, the versions were missmatched.  Now trying a 64 bit install
